High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to join us in Marquette, MI to explore the scenic vistas and natural resources of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula!

High school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are invited to join us to explore the scenic vistas and natural resources of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula in Marquette, MI! At this academic camp, you will experience firsthand how scientists incorporate technology and field experiences to study the changing environment. Explore pristine lakes and ancient mountains while learning how people have interacted for thousands of years with the landscapes of the Upper Peninsula.

High school students are invited to join us to discover the rewards and joys of teaching and explore becoming a professional educator! Participants will gain hands-on experience working with elementary students in partnership with NMU's College for Kids program in Marquette, MI. They will also learn about child development, principles of effective teaching, creating exciting learning experiences and more!
